REFUND POLICY
It is our school's policy that once you start the Traffic Survival School , the school fee is non-refundable. In the event that you need to reschedule your class with Beep Beep Traffic Survival School there is no fee to reschedule.

In any case, our school will withhold a $15.00 processing fee to cover the cost of processing any refund.


PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices of our company and its subsidiaries. This notice applies solely to the information we collect on this website.

We are the sole owners of the information we collect from you on this website. We only have access to the information we collect from you and that you voluntarily provide to us through the registration page of this website, telephonically, in hardcopy, or by e-mail, as required by the National Safety Council and for the purposes of a traffic survival school course.

The information we collect about you is retained in an offline private archival database for 3 years as required by the National Safety Council, and not on an online public or private database. Additionally, we collect credit/debit card information (number, expiration date, CVV and zip code) from you for the sole purpose of collecting the fees related to the traffic survival school course. We do not retain debit or credit card information on any of our websites or in any of our database retrieval systems.

We will not sell or otherwise distribute information about you to anyone. We will share your information with the National Safety Council through which you received your order for traffic survival school. We will not share your information with any other third party outside of our organization. We will never contact you for any reason outside of the specifics of processing the complaint you have received.

We take precautions to protect your information. Our website is secured where all of our web pages are encrypted and transmitted on a secured socket layer (SSL). You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in the web address box, or the status line of your browser, or by looking for https:// at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, accounting or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using this website, you AGREE to the following terms and conditions:

  • that you meet the eligibility requirements as outlined on this website, and, as set forth by the Arizona Legislature and the National Safety Council and MVD;

  • that you have read, understand and agree to our "Privacy Policy" ;

  • that you have read, understand and agree to our "Refund Policy" ;

  • that you have not registered with multiple schools for an Traffic Survival School program;

  • that the person cited on the ticket is the person participating in the program;

  • that you will not dispute or file a chargeback with your card issuing bank;


If participating in an online Traffic Survival School course program:

  • that you are required to submit "legible" copies of the ticket (citation/complaint) and photo identification through uploaded scanned images (PDF or JPG files) or facsimile (Fax) or e-mail message;

  • that your e-mail address will be used as your account login to uniquely identify you, your participation, progress and completion in the online traffic survival school program as offered by our school;

  • that the company will activate your account within 24 hours upon verification of the information you submit to us, and that such activation will allow you to complete the program as outlined below;

  • that the program requires 8 hours (480 minutes) of participation prior to completing the final examination;

  • that there are 6 sections, course exam, and supplemental materials

  • that providing false information or committing fraud will lead to your dismissal from traffic survival school program, and that such fraud or misrepresentation will be reported to the National Safety Council.


If participating in an in-person traditional classroom Traffic Survival School program:

  • that the program requires 8 hours (480 minutes) of participation, exclusive of registration time and breaks;

  • that if you are late returning from a break, you will be required to reschedule your class and that no partial credit will be given;

  • that the class DOES NOT have a final examination to pass;


Once you have submitted your registration and payment for an online Arizona Defensive Driving program or a traditional in-person classroom class, you have AGREED to the terms and conditions above.
