EM INSTALLER

We are looking for experienced 12 Volt technicians or someone mechanically inclined that is willing to learn, paid training is provided. We install ignition interlock devices, aka car breathalyzers for DUI clients. Must have excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who can work 3-5 days a week in our Phoenix location with the ability to expand to other locations. We are open to full time or part time work. On site, you would be working with a Supervisor on a daily basis.

Ignition interlocks (IIDs) prevent the engine-start of a client's vehicle if alcohol is present in their breath sample. Our primary duties as an organization are to install, service, and monitor ignition IIDs for those convicted of DUI. Installers have both technical and administrative duties:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical

  • Install and remove ignition interlock devices from a variety of vehicles (similar to remote-start, security or audio system installation)

  • Perform mobile installations, removals, and service work using your own vehicle; federal mileage rate compensation provided; MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

  • Service clients existing clients for check up appts

Administrative

  • Take payments on overdue accounts

  • Have new clients sign contracts and show them how to use the device with our demo kit

  • Keep the shop clean

  • Monitor inventory and supplies at the shop
