A conviction of aggressive driving, moving violation resulting in an accident causing serious physical injury, or moving violation resulting in an accident causing death.
The first moving violation of a driver under 18 years old.
A conviction for red-light running.
Received a red-light violation and paid the ticket (but did not attend) Defensive Driving School
Received a violation under the age of 18 and paid the ticket (but did not attend) Defensive Driving School
Have accumulated 8-12 points on their driver's license
Received a ticket out-of-state and that state requires Traffic Survival School
